Small Talk
In this class you’ll learn how to start building a relationship at an interview or with your prospective new manager by talking about everyday issues. We call this making small talk. It can take place while waiting for a meeting to get started or online at the start of a meeting.
To prepare for this class, think about the different types of situations where you need to make small talk. Maybe it’s at an interview, on your first day in a new job or when you’re meeting with a prospective client for the first time.
